51paypal群里早有传闻，招行香港即将停办两地一卡通。现在看来，传闻是真的了。招商银行香港分行已经发出正式公告。自2008年12月1日起起暂停接受新客户开立两地一卡通账户申请，恢復时间将另行通知。

两地一卡通被外贸人士认为是paypal提现的最佳工具。相比国内银行每笔电汇提现高达35美元的手续费，或支票5美元外加漫长的托收等待，两地一卡通提现1000HK以上即可免除提现手续费，两地一卡通与内地的一卡通互通互联，开通网上银行，通过同名账户下的账户资金转移非常便捷，足不出户，在线即时结汇。而两地一卡通的停办对经常使用paypal收款,但还没来得及办理的朋友来说，是个坏消息。看看CMBHK的正式通告：http://hk.cmbchina.com/hknews/2008111301.htm　。

关于暂停接受两地一卡通新开户申请的通知

　　上述日期之前已经开立两地一卡通的客户，其各项服务不受影响。

　　对由此可能为您带来的不便，我分行深感抱歉。但我分行深信在系统升级改造后，您将可以享受一个更方便快捷的服务。

Notice of Temporary Suspension of
All-in-one Card Account Opening

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your patronage and continued support to our All-in-one Card Account service.

Whilst we are always ready to offer quality and reliable service to our customers, we are pleased to notify you that our computer system for All-in-one Card Account is going to be upgraded shortly. To cope with this arrangement, application for opening of the said Account has to be temporarily suspended with effect from 1st, Dec 2008 until further notice.

Service for Accounts that were opened beforehand, however, will not be affected.

We are sorry for causing you any inconvenience in this regard but trust that you will enjoy a more comprehensive and effective service thereafter.
